Nurses as Leaders: From the Individual to the Organization and Beyond
Gladys Campbell, MSN, RN, FAAN

Ms. Campbell is an independent leadership coach and health care consultant.  She served as chief executive officer for the Northwest Organization of Nurse Executives and chief nurse executive and senior leader for clinical strategy for the Washington State Hospital Association. Ms. Campbell is a past fellow in the American Nurses Credentialing Centers Magnet Appraiser Program, a past-president of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, a fellow in the College of Critical Care Medicine, a career-long member of the ANA and Sigma Theta Tau, a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives, and a fellow in the American Academy of Nursing. She has been a member of the editorial Board of Clinical Issues in Critical Care and author of numerous publications.
