Who Should Attend this Conference? 
Nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and other health care professionals.

About this Conference:
This conference offers health care providers an opportunity to validate and enhance clinical competencies, acquire new assessment and management skills, examine critical issues in health care at the state and national level, foster a strong coalition of providers in advanced practice, and learn about new products, services, and pharmacotherapeutic agents. Conference faculty include distinguished national, regional and local experts. Concurrent sessions allow participants to design their own educational tracks in the areas of acute, adolescent, adult, family, geriatric, midwifery, pediatric, psychosocial and women’s health care. In addition, special interest group meetings on Thursday and Friday and workshops on Saturday provide a broad spectrum of learning opportunities for providers in all settings. Teaching methods include lecture, discussion, case studies, demonstration and practica.

Have you created a practice improvement project or developed an innovative educational strategy, clinical program or research project that highlights improvements in health care delivery, education, research or policy? Share your experience and expertise by presenting a poster at the conference. 

New this Year! We'll have a poster judging contest with one award for Best Poster. The winner will be announced Friday, November 6th at the 2:30pm Cupcake Reception.

Certificate

Certificates are available in two forms for your convenience.

  • Digital Certificates - online
  • Paper Certificates - at conference
    Fill out the carbon certificate form at the conference to keep track of which sessions you attended. You will self-report the pharmacology hours by adding up the pharm hours listed on the form for the sessions you attended. Please store the certificate as well as a copy of the brochure in a safe place, in case you need it for licensure later.
Day of Event
Recharging StationsPower stations are available in the registration area. Power is not available in the conference rooms.
Your battery will last longer if you put your device in airplane mode while attending a session.
WiFiFree WiFi is limited to public areas of the conference center. Download your handouts to your device before you go to a session. 
Food and ClothingBreakfast: We try to be sensitive to many common dietary restrictions in planning our complimentary food menu. However, if you have special dietary needs, please bring food items that will meet your individual nutritional requirements. Breakfast will be served Thursday and Friday only. Lunch is on your own.
Temperature in rooms: Temperatures can fluctuate throughout the day. Please dress in layers.
