Suzy Meader
This workshop builds on fundamentals learned in the morning workshop, AM1, and provides in-depth focus on typical ECG changes seen in myocardial ischemia, injury and infarction. Content includes timing, location, coronary artery involvement and potential complications, patterns that mimic ECG changes, practice strips and case studies. Prerequisite: Learner must have SOLID skills in reading basic ECGs or be taking this workshop in sequence with AM1.

PM2: Dermatology: Developing Confidence and Competence in Primary Care
Megan Landis & Michelle Draper
This workshop provides attendees with an opportunity to consider dermatology responsibilities in primary care. We will review components of annual skin exams, discuss strategies for distinguishing benign versus worrisome lesions, review common skin cancers and discuss how to problem solve common rashes. Recommendations for when and how to biopsy lesions and rashes will be discussed as well as common pitfalls in diagnosis and treatment of skin conditions. Attendees may want to wear short sleeves and shorts to practice skin evaluation on each other. Bring your cases, and questions as we work together to problem solve strategies for managing dermatology conditions. Fun, interactive and informative.

PM3: Ultrasound Guided Knee and Shoulder Joint Injections
Brian Liem
Ultrasound is becoming an important examination tool for clinicians. It is less expensive, does not require extensive prior authorizations and is sensitive enough to use in diagnosing common joint conditions. In this workshop we will not only discuss the use of ultrasound technology for diagnosing common shoulder and knee conditions, but also have the opportunity to utilize ultrasound to identify structures in the shoulder and knee. Further techniques for therapeutic injections will be discussed and demonstrated. This is an interactive workshop. Please dress comfortably. Limit: 20

PM4: Dementia: Updates and Enhancing Care
Christina Coulter
