Exhibit Opportunity 2020 | Advanced Practice in Primary Care

Thursday-Friday | October 29-30, 2020


TARGET AUDIENCE

Nurses, nurse practitioners, physicians, physician assistants and other health care professionals

Description

Due to ongoing concerns regarding the COVID-19 virus, this program will be hosted as a hybrid virtual classroom via Canvas and Zoom. Start the day together on Day 1 with a live Keynote Address followed by several live exhibitor presentations, and on Day 2 with Preceptor of the Year Awards and several different exhibitor presentations. Then, view the sessions by track at your own pace with live networking breakout sessions during lunch. At the end of the conference, fill out an evaluation and print your own certificate. You will have access to all lecture videos and handouts for one year.

How will attendees know about exhibitors? 

  • The exhibitor portal will be available alongside the remote conference portal in a section labeled “exhibitors.” All attendees must enter the portal to access all conference materials 
  • A mention of exhibitors will be made during the welcome speech 
  • Exhibitors will be featured in all attendee packets along with speaker info 
  • Visiting exhibitors virtual spaces and zoom open houses will be incentivized to all attendees 

Gold: $3000

Live speech: Present to the attendees after the keynote address or preceptor award ceremony for 10 minutes. (Please note due to ANCC guidelines this will be on a separate presentation URL than the speakers). You will have access to zoom features including screen share, live polling, chat box and more 

Zoom open house: Provide us with your own zoom room link that will be open for two 1 hour sessions throughout the 2 day conference. Attendees will have 2 open house sessions where they can bounce from zoom rooms to have live conversations with exhibitors and other networking opportunities
