Tuesday | September 12, 2017
Healthcare providers play a critical role in the recognition, prevention and treatment of suicidal behavior and would benefit from the content presented at this conference. This conference focuses on suicide and self-injury assessment, treatment and management, as well as suicide prevention in special populations including U.S. veterans. The conference is on the Washington State Department of Health’s model list and completion of this course fulfills the requirement for the State of Washington mandatory suicide prevention training for nurses and other healthcare providers (RCW 43.70.442).
