This webform link is accessed by the Media Location and History course in the Staff Group of Ethos. Whenever a person submits a new entry, the entry is emailed to the program managers. The program managers will update their course links if the stream or handout URLs change because of HTML 5 processing. If the handout PDF is new, the Program Manager will have to upload the new PDF into their current courses. They can get the new PDF by running a report of this webform. Program Managers are responsible for checking the external links of their presentations prior to the start of a new class.
Managers can run a webform report and sort by Title to see the various iterations of a presentation, and which one is the most recent. The most recent changes should always be on top.
