At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be better able to:

  1. Explain the concept and process of deprescribing.
  2. Provide sources of guidance for deprescribing and priortization of what to deprescribe.
  3. Recognize barriers to the deprescribing process.
  4. Apply deprescribing tools to specific cases.
