Course Description
Four lecturers contribute to this online module to inform healthcare professionals of existing educational resources that help to open conversations about diet with diabetic patients of particular ethnic groups and varying literacy levels.

- Identify some details of Ramadan fasting and recommended ways to approach the topic with patients, including about DM medication adjustments for fasting.
- Identify educational resources that consider issues of low literacy and low health-literacy.
