Pediatric Drug Therapy 2012 - Immunization Update 2012
This online course is designed as a pharmacology update for nurse practitioners at the advanced practice level. Each module focuses on current recommendations and pharmacotherapeutic principles for pediatric health problems commonly seen in primary care.
Lectures were recorded in March 2012 at a conference in Seattle, Washington sponsored by the University of Washington School of Nursing. Teaching methods include lecture and downloadable handouts.

Target Audience
This online course is designed as a pharmacology update for nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, nurses and healthcare professionals in all settings. Each module focuses on current recommendations and pharmacotherapeutic principles for psychiatric and neurologic health problems commonly seen in primary care.
Objectives for Learning Outcomes
- Identify two new recommendation from the 2011 ACIP General Recommendations on Immunization.
- List at least two new vaccine recommendations on the 2012.
