Public Health Series - Online Education for Public Health Professionals
The Northwest Center for Public Health Practice (NWCPHP) offers an extensive series of online self-paced, interactive courses to meet the training and development needs of public health professionals. Courses address a wide range of public health competencies including communication, environmental health, epidemiology, public health law, management, preparedness, and other areas related to public health practice.
Courses that can be taken for contact hour credit are listed below. You can register for the entire series or for individual courses. If you do not wish to earn credit, you can take the courses for free on PHLearnLink, the NWCPHP website.
To take a course for credit, you can register below and access the course from this website via PHLearnLink or you can go to PHLearnLink first, complete course requirements, score 70% or higher on the final assessment, submit an evaluation and then choose to earn contact hours. You will be redirected back to the UWCNE to pay the processing fee and download your certificate.
