Objectives for Learning Outcomes

  1. Discuss negative pressure (NP) history, development and use. 
  2. Describe patient factors, underlying conditions to determine appropriate use of NP. 
  3. Explain and state the absolute contra-indications of NP. 
  4. Describe and participate in application/termination of NPWT facility guidelines. 
  5. Discuss and compare cost issues across product lines.
